Frequent faults

Advice and prevention of breakages

  • Regularly clean the outside of the housing of the machine. For this it is best to use clean water or a nonaggressive detergent for dishes. Do not use alcohol-based detergents on the washing machine.
  • Periodically inspect the door seal to detect small objects such as buttons or paper clips.
  • Inspect the detergent dispenser to clean it in time to prevent deposits on the walls. Remove the dispenser and wash it under the tap using an old toothbrush.
