It also matters the arrangement of the floor. The boards should not be laid horizontally, a slight slope is necessary for the outflow of water into the drainage hole. The construction of the walls also matters. If you offer a "pie" of two layers of battens with OSB sheet inside, it is better to refuse to buy.
